Qualifications and Experience
The
principal ownership and expertise is provided
by:
Richard
M. Redd -
Co-Owner/Partner certified in the design and
installation by the three major fall protection
manufacturers of life safety systems and lifting systems in
the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Mr. Redd was
previously responsible for managing the Naval Undersea
Warfare Center (NUWC) transportation and weight
handling program at Andros Island, Bahamas. Appointed as
weight handling Load Test Director, he elevated the Navy
evaluation from Unsatisfactory to Excellent in just 5
months.
With Hamilton Blake, LLC and Inc. he consults with partners
and employees to perform site surveys, who work with
engineers and manufacturers; ultimately designing and
directing production of fabrication and installation of fall
protection systems, balcony railings, and entertainment
automated systems and equipment. He currently holds seven
certificates in crane testing, training and
certification.
Mr.
Mark Kline
and Mr. Chelcey Smith are the Safety Managers for each
project - ensuring 100% compliance with County, City,
Federal and State rules and regulations.
Mark
Kline-
Site Foreman and Estimater - works one-on-one with
our clients to determine the job specifications and
requirements. Mark works with our clients to find the most
safe and economical way to do a job - from complicated
decorative work for Las Vegas casinos, to vertical and
horizonal lifeline systems in entertainment and industrial
settings. Mark is SPRAT certified in rope access and
past work includes assisting in the build-out for the newest
attraction - the Sky Jump ride at the top of the
Stratosphere Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas,
coordinating the latest Sky Harbor fall protection project,
to rigging coordination of two dramatic decorative vine
decor projects at the Venetian Palazzo. He has worked
extensively with crews in teaching them in formal and
informal safety basics. He is a hands-on construction and
general industry safety teacher, having taught over 1,000
students in the past 3 years.
Joe
Lizarraga -
Co-owner and license holder for the companies. Since
1988 Mr. Lizarraga has successfully operated At Your Service
Companies with extensive experience in the following

Chelcey
Smith -
Co-owner and partner of the Hamilton Blake
companies, holding certificates in welding and pipefitting,
control of asbestos, MSHA Supervisory
Certification, OSHA 500, and journeyman
carpenter.
Mr. Smith provides management expertise, direction of
construction and building contracts and new business
development projects. His responsibilities include
management of personnel, equipment resources and fiscal
accountability of projects. He coordinates and bids projects
in life safety equipment installation and general
construction. Having performed this type of work since 1988,
his background includes planning, estimating, layout out
work assignments based on prints, drawings and sketches. He
also enforces compliance with
OSHA/MSHA/ANSI regulations.

History
Hamilton
Blake, LLC and Hamilton Blake, Inc. were formed in 2008 as a
direct result of client needs - no other company licensed in
the states of Nevada, Arizona, and California exists that
specifically approaches fall protection installation - with
full bonding, insurance and contractor licensing.
In 2010 Hamilton Blake teamed with Tracked Lists as the west
coast sales and service center. Here
