Challenge: Develop a safe lifting plan and rigging training for employees horizontally and vertically lifting 23,000 lb. escalators into position at the City Center Project.

We have consulted with a variety of clients at the City Center project, at $7.4 billion, currently the most expensive privately-funded project in the western hemisphere and in U.S. history. It's taken 8,000 construction workers, and 39 cranes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have worked with Bomel Construction, Schindler Elevator Corporation, Stanley Access Technologies, and Giroux Glass in consultation to develop safe rigging plans and with training employees to work 100% safely at height.
